Mr. B is more classic with his style, but I do like to push the envelope occasionally and try new things.

THE GO-TO SKIRT  comes in five colors, and is composed of a lightweight, wrinkle free combination of 78% nylon, and 22% spandex.

It feels so cool and comfortable to wear.

And, I can see me wearing it often in warmer weather…with pink, yellow, salmon, green, ivory…and shorter tops that will easily tuck in.

It will pair nicely with loafers, sneakers or sandals…and I believe can be styled up or down.

I put on the go-to skirt today to go to the Farmer’s Market.

However, on a larger level, this skirt roles up small for packing and roles out with no wrinkles…I tested it.

I can see it walking the streets of Italy or the flea markets in France.  It really is perfect for travel.

And perfect for a cruise.  A nice silky top would be excellent for the evening meals, and a casual top would take it off to peruse a museum.

The versatility is endless.  I know it is different and a little funky..but that is perfect for someone like me.

I do see many places to go in the go-to skirt and also see that it would last a very long time…wash and wear is always attractive in a luxury brand.

I love the cool vibe an outfit like this has.

Happy Monday, all!  Welcome to my lifestyle post called Monday Notes at My House.

Monday Notes at My House covers a little bit of this and a little bit of that!  It is my weekly lifestyle post.

It has been 1 1/2 years since we relocated our loves from South Texas to West Texas, and every day it feels a little more like home.

Mr. B & I have lived in three homes together over our 41 years of marriage.

Each of the first two locations had a neighborhood eatery we could frequent for good coffee, sandwiches, soups and baked goods.

Our first one was called Twin Sisters…and yes, it was run by two twin sisters.  Very eclectic with a cozy, cool vibe…and great food.

The second neighborhood eatery for us was a franchise, but we still loved it…La Madeleine Cafe & Bakery.

Their fireplace in colder weather was a big draw with a steaming cup of French Roast Coffee.

We finally have found our new place to frequent near our neighborhood…and I am thrilled.

MONDAY NOTES AT HOME:  THE COFFEE SHOP

Mr. B discovered the MEZAMIZ COFFEE HOUSE on his own, but finally took me there this past weekend.

It is very artisan, eclectic and the sandwich, soup, and coffee I had was so good.  In fact, I feel confident in saying this is the best Tomato Basil soup I have experienced…ever.

Who doesn’t love a place that serves coffee in a cup like this one!  All affirmations welcome.

I love it …there were all types of people there…all ages…working on computers, reading books, playing chess…this is exactly what we were hoping to find.

We ran errands before we stopped for sustenance, and this is what I wore.

I have owned the J.JILL DOUBLE KNIT SWEATER JACKET for awhile…and it is on sale now.  It is a light cardigan.

I am wearing it with an Eileen Fisher chocolate brown tank top, Chico’s dark wash jeggings,  SAS SIMPLIFY LOAFERS…they say this color is antique wine, but it still looks brown to me…great shoes.

My necklace is artisan, and my handbag is an older Patricia Nash crossbody.

An outfit I like plus a new place to eat just equals smiles!

MONDAY NOTES AT HOME: TIME FOR COLOR

My nails are currently a vibrant, happy shade called CORAL REEF…and the brand is DND.

It is amazing how many positive comments I have received on this nail color since they were polished last week…I think everyone is ready for some spring color.

It really stands out with a darker outfit like I wore to the coffee shop.

But, the good news is….MY CLOSET REFRESH IS FINISHED!

Everything is organized by colors…heavy winter garments are hanging in another closet and as the cool weather ceases, more will move that direction.

I have a huge pile to prepare to take to a local re-sale shop…some of my other clothes sold well there.  I finally said goodbye to the majority of the wrong colors for me.

And then I have a large bag to donate.

I always dread diving into this, but once it is completed, I am so happy….a huge load lifted.

My new nail color gets lost among some of these garments…but that is OK…I still like it.

MONDAY NOTES AT HOME: NEW PRODUCTS ON MONDAYS

I mentioned recently that since I have begun to work with MY SHOP, more brands are introducing me to their products.

I want to make sure that you know about some of these products so you can check them out for yourself…and after I try some of these I will let you know if I learn something you should know.

Since I began my focus of living one day at a time, I honestly have developed more of an open mind to new things.  Somehow, that has replaced worry over the future.

So, welcome to the first of new products In Monday Notes.

I introduced you to Beauty Bio a few years ago at a special Dillard’s Event. 

They introduced me to several new skincare tips, such as their GLO FACIAL HYDRATION SYSTEM AND TOOLS.  I still use the tools today.

So, I am looking forward to trying the Beauty Bio EYELIGHTER CONCENTRATE...especially now that I am mostly free of glasses.  The de-puffing tool has me intrigued.

TIMELESS SKINCARE is new to me, but they do have an impressive presentation.

All of these serums sound excellent with the different ingredients they use.  I am going to try the yellow one first.

My skin responds very well to Vitamin C and that is one of the main ingredients of that first serum.  Again, I will let you know which I like the best

In honor of my new introductions to new products and brands, this week will focus on new products for clothing.

Tuesday – Thursday will be new brands for you to enjoy…so I hope you will join me and enjoy learning about what is happening in fashion & beauty.

MONDAY NOTES AT HOME: BUSY TIME OF YEAR

I have been very busy since completing the two cataract surgeries, so I am yet to get to my book list.

This time of year is crazy busy in schools, and my daughter is slammed with all types of activities for the boys….academic and sports.

So, I am here to help out where she needs it.

Last Monday, was a school holiday for President’s Day, so I did spend time with all three of my grandsons.

But, I love so much that a local market has Cheap Chicken Mondays…you get 10 fried chicken legs for $9.00….only on Mondays!

Give the boys these legs with the deli macaroni & cheese…plus their favorite fruit…and it is a perfect, easy meal.

I know they will eat it all and not complain.

This is a happy way to end today’s Monday Notes at My House.  Cheap Chicken…gotta love it.

Happy Sunday, friends.  In today’s weekly devotions, we will discuss…is it better to boil or to steep?

I hope these weekly devotions take you to prayer and bring you closer to the Lord.

It is the beginning of Lent for many and as the team on the Hallow App say…remember to stay Prayed Up.

It may be because I am an optimist, but it seems to me lately that so many people are angry or disgruntled.

They are like boiling water poured into a pot which eventually breaks the glass vessel from the heat.

There are days that feel like every person I speak with or hear are complaining, complaining, complaining….drip, drip, drip.

The biggest problem with the amount of anger around us is… it’s contagious. 

So many fall into the trap of being disgruntled because the people around them are.

Rather than be a cup of boiling water…I prefer to be a cup of steeped tea.

WEEKLY DEVOTIONS: TO BOIL OR TO STEEP – CHOOSE TO STEEP

One of the definitions for the word “steep” reads: the soaking of an organic solid, such as leaves, in a liquid (usually water) so as to extract flavors or to soften it.

This is why when I am faced with constant anger or discontentment around me, I prefer to steep myself in the Word of God…to soften the anger, and to extract the flavor of joy.

If EVERYTHING God has created is good, then who are we to complain about what He has created?

Rather, we are to receive everything he creates with thanksgiving…and I would add, with prayer.

If I will take the time to pray over the person or circumstance that is making me angry or discontent, God is always faithful to answer.

That does not mean that He immediately changes the circumstance, but often He softens me and how I am looking at it.

I have also begun to pray for people that I either know or see online who are incredibly angry…and pray that God will carry that anger for them and fill them with the Holy Spirit of peace.

Sometimes, all we need to do is ask angry people around us to tell us what they are thankful for.

In the midst of what they perceive to be a bad day, how can we help them discover good in that day.

Yes, sometimes praise and thanksgiving are sacrifices, but they are ones that will eventually pay off in peace, joy, and contentment.

To Boil or To Steep?  Join me on the side of steep….

Steep yourself in God’s Word today.

Steep yourself in thanksgiving and praise.

And do not allow the sun to go down on your anger.

And the peace of God will be yours.

Happy Saturday, everyone!  Today, let’s talk about having Confident Style at any price point.

For years, I have encouraged you that confident style at any price point is attainable.  It does not matter what you paid for a garment.

Most of us…ok, me….would love to have the disposable income to own high end clothing.  

However, most of us…ok, me…understand that during this time of our lives we are living on pretty strict budgets.

I have enjoyed my treasure hunts through thrift stores, Goodwill, affordable places like Old Navy…even yard sales.

As long as I stick to looking for items that tell the world I can be described as intentional, casual ,creative, approachable and current, it does not matter what they cost.

When all five of my style adjectives are speaking in an outfit, I can go out smiling in confident style.

CONFIDENT STYLE AT AT ANY PRICE POINT: OPEN MIND

Since I decided to dress a little more casual in my new community, I have opened my mind to new ideas that previously I would not consider.

Everything in this outfit was purchased at a low price…over time.  And I have worn these in different ways…except I was not open to message t-shirts.

I had tried them, but felt them to be too casual for the style adjectives I had at the time.

Now, a few will work. 

Both of these message tees were recently purchased at Old Navy…OLD NAVY GRAPHIC T-SHIRTS…and I purchased two for about $15 total.

Both blazers were purchased on sale at BANANA REPUBLIC FACTORY and I have worn them often.

I even surprised myself that I liked both of these outfits and will repeat them.  The t-shirts fit well and feel great.

I am still picky about what is on the message t-shirt but, this is a confident style for me.

This little exercise has encouraged me to be open minded and have more fun with my casual style.  Just because it is casual, it does not have to be boring.

Sticking by style adjectives will help you so much to achieve confidence…and save money too.

Chico’s new February standouts lean farther into spring, and feature stripes,  boho, new pants, and new colors.

There is something for everyone, and I kept that in mind when selecting the standouts.

But I began today with this feminine style for a stiped top.

It is the STRIPED POPLIN RUFFLE NECK SHIRT in tidal blue…and this shirt also looks great not tucked in with a rounded hemline.

CHICO’S NEW FEBRUARY STANDOUTS:  A TOUCH OF NATURAL LACE

The Chico’s new February Standouts have some great designs in a natural, boho vibe.

You are looking at a very flattering design in this top.

It is the the CROCHET SEQUIN TANK.

It will go with just about anything, but I particularly love it with the jacket.

My Chico’s new standouts are predominately elevated casual styles for your spring outfits.

This is the denim EMBROIDERED FRAYED DENIM TRUCKER JACKET...I would eliminate the word “trucker” but the jacket looks great.

Particularly…I like the pockets on this denim jacket…not as cumbersome as larger pockets with buttons.

CHICO’S NEW FEBRUARY STANDOUTS:  NEW PANTS

Of course, there are new jeans to go with the above natural vibe pieces.

These are the GIRLFRIEND SLIM CROCHET FRAY ANKLE JEANS.

And these would look so good with the SHORT CROCHET LACE KIMONO.

I have my eye on these and the new color pale sand.

The pants are the HIGH HEM STRAIGHT CROP PANTS, and the cute belt is the FLORAL BUCKLE TROUSER BELT.

Chico’s new standouts are stepping up the floral prints so that your spring outfits will standout!

These are the Brigitte Slim Mari Bloom Crop in a print starring Hot Honeysuckle...a new color that has my attention.

This outfit is so refreshing and such a great look for those of you who wear white shirts.

A couple of athletic designs have hit the Chico’s new standouts in pants.

This first one is all stripes with a wider white one on the side…and this design can be very flattering to the eye.

These are the super cute GIRLFRIEND TICKING STRIPE CROP JEANS.

Now, this stripe down the side is smaller and I like the color of the pant….cattail brown.

And these are on sale for a really good price…the BRIGITTE PIPED STRAIGHT CROPPED PANTS.

I like the styled picture with a cardigan and small scarf to pop the look.

CHICO’S NEW FEBRUARY STANDOUTS:  ON TOP

I like that Chico’s is bringing stripes in different colors and lengths.  This is a Goldilocks shirt…not too long and not too short.

This is the NO IRON STRIPED LINEN SHIRT in oatmeal and I love it with the STRIPED FLORAL OBLONG SCARF in neutral.

A style-forward way to mix prints.

Here is an excellent third piece for under a jacket or topper or cardigan.

And, it looks so good NOT TUCKED IN.

This is the STRIPED HIGH NECK RIB TANK in cattail brown stripes.

Here I am loving more pink…and I do like the entire outfit here.

This is the PRINTED JERSEY AND SATIN DOLMAN TEE…with the focus being the Hot Honeysuckle color but here it looks more pink.

CHICO’S NEW FEBRUARY STANDOUTS:  SPECIAL STANDOUTS

Now, here is the hot honeysuckle color full on in a special standout jacket.

My wonderful friend, Leigh Ann, did some field reporting for us and stopped by a Chico’s yesterday to see this color.

They did not even have it on the floor yet, but went in the back and brought out a top for her to see.

She said…Hot Honeysuckle is not pink or orange, but is a bright coral. 

Thanks to Leigh Ann for being our eyes on this new color.

I put this COLLARLESS TWILL BOX JACKET in the Chico’s new standouts because it appears to be a lightweight spring jacket perfect for the warmer weather.

And this is a WOW Chico’s new standout when you really want to elevate a look for spring.

This is the LONG FAUX LEATHER KIMONO...and I do know from experience that Chico’s faux leather is comfortable and lightweight to wear.

And here is a fun way to dress up your jeans.

This is the JACQUARD DENIM BLAZER…such a perfect way to wear floral.

I have seen this dress design on very expensive websites…and here it is much more affordable…an the style is very popular right now.

This is the DOLMAN TIE HEMP DENIM SHIRTDRESS in seagrass green.

And let’s end today with a gorgeous pop of color in a neck scarf.

This is the BOTANIC BURST SQUARE SCARF and the predominant color is ecru.

Chico’s new February standouts have me excited about spring and possibly adding the new Hot Honeysuckle color.

As you can see here, Pink Shirts on Pam is inspired by one of my favorites...Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss.

Just five years ago, you would have heard me say…I do not like to wear pink shirts, nor graphic tees, nor even skirts.  

I do not like them, Sam I am…not in a box, not in a frock…I do not like them…not on Pam.

So, it is rather funny that lo and behold, pink is now in my best colors…( I have also changed my mind about graphic tees and skirts…more to come on these).

Proving, that with fashion it is always a good thing to have an open mind….you never know when you might see things differently.

Let’s probe pink shirts on Pam a bit further.  Of course, Sam-I AM can join along.

PINK SHIRTS ON PAM: SHADES OF PINK

For Valentine’s Day, Mr. B suggested that we go explore downtown Abilene a little more.

There were a couple of places I wanted him to see…one being this new shop, Oakstreet on First…gorgeous antiques, and home to some of my favorite local vendors.

It being Valentine’s Day, I decided to wear pink….and I reached for an older pink shirt, I have owned awhile.

As I looked over my pictures, the shade of pink just did not seem right.

These are my best pinks in my spring palette with Geranium Pink and Flamingo Pink at the top of the list.

The color from Chico’s last year that I fell so hard for matched Flamingo Pink perfectly.

And I just feel vibrant and alive in this shade of pink shirts.

I do hope I can find a few more in this shade or similar.

There are a few pieces in Dried Roses remaining at Chico’s….Clearance Items in Dried Roses.

I already have a few of these.

But as I said, my goal for purchasing is to go warm and bright…so unless the softer pink shirts are very special, I will be looking more for shades like the three star colors.

PINK SHIRTS ON PAM: OUR DATE

Our compass was pointed toward downtown, and though this is a small town, it is a fun town.

We shopped, and then walked through one of the storybook gardens.

I asked him for the Dr. Seuss garden because I am such a fan.

And I was able to teach him about some of the ones unfamiliar to him.

You gotta love Horton…a person’s a person, no matter how small.

You can see it was muddy…and cool on this day.  We had just experienced a cold front with rain going through the night before.

That made the garden a bit more challenging, so we went across the street (after some shopping)….

And traded in green eggs & ham for delicious calamari!  This was the highlight of the meal for me…so good.

And we completely enjoyed our reservations at Cypress Street Station.

This upscale restaurant was completely booked and we were luck to get reservations for the middle of the afternoon.  Valentine’s evening was no-go.

Oh yes, and what did we buy when shopping?  Paintings…one for home and one for his office. He was so excited, he drove it to his office and hung it that day.

We found these at Living Chic.

This week, I have explained my Spring Palette shopping goals for this year, so thank you for joining in for Pink Shirts on Pam.

I hope to see more new arrivals soon with some of my best colors on the rack…believe me you will know when I do….and I am hopeful a variety of colors will serve all of our palettes.

For now, I have put the latest finds in MY SHOP, in a collection called Corals, Pinks and New Shoes.  Yes, there are collections with other colors.

In conclusion…I DO like green eggs and ham and pink shirts on Pam!

NEW TALBOTS TOPS ON SALE: BLOUSES AND SHIRTS

I believed there were more notable new Talbots tops in the blouses/shirts catagory.

Here is a soft, feminine way to take a love of animal print into spring.

It is the feature picture at the top of the post today.

This is the RUFFLE TOP – ALLURING LEOPARD in a print called Ivory/Cobblestone Multi.

I like the unique colors of this striped blouse…it just has a cool vibe to it.

This is the THE DAILY SHIRT IN COTTON POPLIN STRIPE…in colors ivory and apple.

I might even try this styling of unbuttoning TWO buttons from the bottom…That leaves three actually buttoned up.

Many tops in the new Talbots arrivals have matching pants…this is one of them.

The EMBROIDERED POPLIN TOP comes in dark orange and black.

The design of this new tunic looks very flattering.

It is not too long…as many tunics are…and the sleeve length, V-neck, and rounded hemlines are all features that will flatter your shape.

It is the DOLMAN SLEEVE DENIM TUNIC in dark blue.

I would love to see this design in some lovely colors.

This is a similar style in a linen top with a little shorter length….and matching cargo linen pants!

This is the VISCOSE LINEN V-NECK TOP in a deep, cypress green.

There are MANY stripes in the new Talbots tops.

I like the collar and zipper design of this one for a more flattering fit.

It is the OTTOMAN KNIT HALF-ZIP PULLOVER in a shore/blue&white print.

Shades of yellow are big again this year….so there will be more coming.

This is the MODERN CLASSIC SHIRT – POETIC FLORAL in sunshine yellow print.

NEW TALBOTS TOPS ON SALE: NOTABLE TEE TOPS

I like that the new Talbots tops show us stripes in different colors….including for warm palettes.

This is the ORGANIC COTTON STRIPE SHORT SLEEVE TEE in a ivory/hibiscus stripe…which looks like a warm terracotta color.

And here is a lovely detail on a simple tee….would be so pretty under a third piece.

This is the LACE TRIM CREWNECK TOP...which comes in four colors.  Pictured is the Vista Blue.

And to end our standouts today in new Talbots tops, here is another with a simple detail….and Talbots says, it is beginning to sell fast.

This is the navy CREWNECK TEE – BEADED GARDEN.

The floral accents are done with lovely beads.

I confess that living as a spring palette woman has been a bit of a challenge for me.

While I have worn versions of the colors for a long time, I do not own many of the best colors.

Like the velvet top I am wearing today…it is an older John Mark top from Dillard’s that I wore on a cruise long before I learned that I am spring.

There are a few greens I can wear…but this shade is not one…though close enough I think it works.

Last year, after learning I was a spring, I ended up wearing mostly corals, the flamingo pink (Chico’s dried roses color), soft yellow, and off whites.

I think it is time to up my game this year…so after the closet re-do, this will be my plan.

LIVING AS A SPRING PALETTE WOMAN: ONE NEW WORD

Last week, I was studying my spring palette swatch book from House of Colour, and one word jumped out at me that I had not noticed before.

SPLASHY!  Synonyms of “splashy” are noticeable, dramatic, commanding, visible, notable, even…flamboyant.  I like that!

So, it occurred to me that I have been playing my spring palette a little too safe.

When I saw chocolate in my palette, I was relieved…I had plenty of brown and loved wearing brown.  But, chocolate doesn’t make my face light up as other colors do.

I could see it when I sat in the chair at our local House of Colour…I could see that the brighter colors brightened my complexion just as the new hair color does.

The challenge has been to match the exact colors in my book and to focus on the words bright and warm….yes clear and light are important; but I believe I need more of the bright and warm.

(I hope this isn’t confusing)

SHOPPING GOAL NUMBER ONE:  LOOK FOR BRIGHT, WARM, AND SPLASHY

LIVING AS A SPRING PALETTE WOMAN: IT’S IN THE STARS

Last year, I was excited to find ANY COLOR in my spring palette swatch book in a garment I liked.

But, in order to be my best warm and bright self, this year I have a different plan.

My color specialist, Kim, went through my book and put three stars on my very best colors; and two stars on the next level.

After evaluating my purchases last year, the majority were two stars.

Again, that is not a bad thing…I just want to strive for the stars this year!  It also depends on the colors that hit the racks.

My three star colors (which I know you cannot see them)…are:

Chocolate Brown is a three star neutral

Bright navy

Coral Geranium Red

Flamingo Pink…this was an exact match to the Chico’s dried roses

Kerry Green

Mint Green

Canary Yellow

Bright Blue

Violet

Aqua

SHOPPING GOAL NUMBER TWO: MAKE THREE STAR COLORS THE PRIORITY SHOPPING…TRY NOT TO SETTLE

LIVING AS A SPRING PALETTE WOMAN: COURAGE TO CHANGE

Last year, my courage to change to a spring palette was slow going.

This time when I organize the closet, I want to move out more of the old colors in my wardrobe and commit fully to the new ones.

Why do this when I like many of the old colors?

Because, I do want to look vibrant, youthful, healthy, and splashy!  Wearing the spring palette helps me to look that way.

Now that I have new eyes…the better to see colors with my dear…I can make more informed decisions.  It is amazing how different the colors look after the surgery.

I am kind of shocked at how different the swatch book looks!

Except for just a very few pieces, the majority of my jewelry is already gold.

And I do prefer wearing gold.

So, accessories are good…though I might go back through the scarves.

Happy Monday, friends!  Today we go on a field trip with Monday Notes at the Hair Salon.

Monday Notes at the Hair Salon is a special feature…to start our week off with a little fun.

First, allow me to review, for anyone stopping by who may be new here.

Last year, I had my colors done by House of Colour in Abilene, TX.  To my surprise, I am a Spring!  

I have slowly been moving that direction….from an autumn to a spring. (more about this tomorrow).

Since, my recent cataract surgeries, I knew I would no longer be wearing my serious glasses any longer.

So, not only is it a good time to re-think frames for readers and sunglasses, but was also a good time to re-think my hair color.

I wrote about the hair and asked your opinions in this recent post, TIME TO CELEBRATE NEW STYLE DECISIONS.

All of these styles were sent to me by my color specialist, Kim.

Now we are caught up to last Friday…which was the day at the hair salon.

MONDAY NOTES AT THE HAIR SALON:  IT’S REALLY MAGIC

My Monday Notes must include the full story…so you have to begin with the ugly.

I say they worked magic because I entered the hair salon looking like this…a bit rough.

I know it is hard to tell but my hair color actually was more ash…I call it dirty blonde…than anything.

Heather, my stylist, gave this new decision such care and I placed myself into her hands.

She looked at the entire post…and read every comment.

Her desire was to ease into this and not be too bold, but be a beautiful color with a little drama.

And she recommended the drama come from… gold.

Then she went to mixing her potions showing me example colors along the way and why she felt like this was the warm, bright a spring palette could wear.

Gold made complete sense to me because springs are best in gold jewelry.

After three hours, I went from dull to “wow” with blondes and golds woven together.

She also gave me a good healthy cut.

In the sun, the subtle strands of color and gold are vibrant.

I love this and think it was exactly what I was hoping for…going too dramatic had me concerned…though it can always be fixed.

For anyone living in or near Abilene, Texas, I cannot recommend Heather and Trinny too much.

And, the results achieved what I was going for…to compliment my spring palette…my daughter said that it brightened my complexion so much that I looked younger.  She was amazed.

Right after my hair appointment, I had a date!  And the ladies had me ready for it!

Our oldest grandson becomes the first teenager this week of the eight grandchildren.  I cannot believe he is going to be 13!

So, I picked him up and took him shopping.  He is just about ready to be completely out of the kids departments.

I think his very favorite purchase was this Ralph Lauren knit cap that was 65% off in DILLARD’S.

He will get a little wear out of it before the heat sets in, and once he put it on, he wore it the rest of the day.

We had a great time and I love that he is steadfast with his likes and dislikes…actually makes shopping easier.

He will not allow me or any sales associate to talk him into something he knows he will not wear.

He wants to look nice, but still has a touch of whimsy within him…his favorite tee shirt that we found at American Eagle had Snoopy on it in running gear.

It is the AMERICAN EAGLE AE BOXY SNOOPY GRAPHIC T-SHIRT.

He loved the style of the shirt.

The tee he is wearing is one we brought  him the last time Mr. B & I went to Puerto Vallarta….he just may have a little of my bold creative love of style inside.

Our last stop was Target and we both looked cool and confident at we went inside….he had a hat…I had new hair!

Oh yes, under my knit blazer, that I have owned for a few years, I am wearing a OLD NAVY EVERY WHERE GRAPHIC TEE...I recently purchased a couple of them and love this blazer look…the tees fit great.

I know…I am one who said that I was done with graphic tees…but I am in the mood to experiment and have a little fun with my casual style.  And the two I bought, I think totaled to $13.

Now, that the eye surgeries and hair color are finished, I feel flooded with things to do….closet clean out and re-organization hangs heavy over me…but I will get there.
