Thank you for sharing this information Pamela. My husband takes resveratrol capsules by Now from Natural Grocers and I will also try taking it. I do eat blueberries, peanut butter and grapes daily but not in the amount offered in the supplement. I hate the word anti-aging because as Anne says we all age. How we look and feel is a large combination of things. Genetics plays a role as well as diet over a lifetime and activity level. My professional life was on the move as a nurse in critical care for 30 years. I rode long distance bicycling until in my 70s and downhill skiing and hiking were favorites. At 81, we still walk a mile a day together. We both have found that two meals a day with one light snack works best for us. My husband was a runner until his knees started to bother him and he switched to bicycling which he still does at 84. My balance is not good enough for a bike anymore and that was why I had to stop skiing as well. But stretching and moving keeps me going even with a chronic pain syndrome and severe arthritis. My philosophy is move it or lose it and maintain a normal weight as well. My Finnish genes have contributed to my health issues but I refuse to be sedentary. Life is precious and movement is part of life.

Aging starts at birth. Everyone on earth is aging at the same rate. Five year olds are aging at the same rate as 75 year olds. Nothing will slow it down. We ALL know to drink water, eat nutritiously dense foods, dont smoke, don't drink, wear sunscreen, move your body every day. Listen to music, sing. Help others. Wear your seat belt. There are no shortcuts. As I continue to age, as I have done veryday of my life, I am looking forward to Pamela's new looks and how she wears her colors to maximize her quality of life.
