I am so sorry to hear about your hacking experience and for it to come at such a time too. You are handling the situation with grace and a positive attitude, attributes that I associate with you. I hope you get things sorted out and get reimbursed the money that you lost. It’s a timely reminder about digital safety and also to have the appropriate security in place.

How does one prevent a hacker from obtaining information? Does anyone out there use a private VPN? That is something I have considered but never initiated.

When I had cataract surgery years ago, the spring pollen/allergies came along at the same time. My doctor prescribed prescription allergy drops that could be used with the cataract drops. It helped immensely. So sorry about the hacking situation. Online has its great advantages along with many disadvantages. Take care of yourself.

I am warm and safe…thank you, Becky. I believe I will get my money back, but it takes up to 10 days for that to happen…which is sooooo annoying. Though my patience has been tested this morning, I am persevering through.
