Chico’s Standouts in New Arrivals

Happy Wednesday, ladies! Let’s look at Chico’s Standouts in New Arrivals.
Though the snow over several days has been beautiful, I was so glad to work on Chico’s Standouts in New Arrivals.
I look for the Chico’s standouts that speak something different to me in the new arrivals and it is always fun to look them over closely,
Yes, each collection of new arrivals will have those gentle nods towards spring.
What is prevalent in this one are fun items with polka dots, new textures, pastels, and lovely tops that will work in cool and warm weather.
So, let’s start with my premiere photo in Chico’s standouts and why it captured my attention.
CHICO’S STANDOUTS IN NEW ARRIVALS: AT THE TOP

CHICO’S STANDOUTS FOR BLOUSES AND JACKETS:
It was the texture in this blouse that really spoke to me and it looks so amazing underneath the blazer!
This is the LASER CUT CRINKLE BLOUSE in the color sweet blossom…and it is also available in ecru.
The CREPE BLAZER in today’s top picture is also sweet blossom.

This blouse also has that texture I am currently looking for…it adds interest, depth, and style to a casual look.
It is the DENIM RUFFLE FRONT SHIRT.
This is a soft denim made with 100% Lenzing Tencel Lyocell. And I like how it softly falls over the middle section.

There are several styles in polka dots in this round for Chico’s Standouts.
I like the neckline and front design of this tunic…also the cuffs.
This is the NO IRON STRETCH GLOBAL DOTS POPOVER TUNIC.
The color is called Cattail Brown.

And here is another polka dot top for the Chico’s standouts.
It is the NO IRON STRETCH PERFECT DOTS SHIRT.

Here is one more tunic and in sweet blossom pink for the Chico’s Standouts.
This is the NO IRON STRETCH SPLITNECK TUNIC.

I do love this print and wish it did not have so much black in it; nevertheless, it is selling fast and is a Chico’s standout.
This is the PRINTED BATEAU DOLMAN PULLOVER with the sweet blossom foundation in the print.
CHICO’S STANDOUTS IN NEW ARRIVALS: ON THE BOTTOM
CHICO’S STANDOUTS IN NEW ARRIVALS: PANTS AND JEANS:
I do like the sweet blossom print in pants and it takes the black part of the print away from my face…so pretty.
These are the BLOSSOM BRIGITTE STRAIGHT CROP.

I think this entire outfit is worthy to be in my Chico’s Standouts for all of the cool palette ladies.
Let’s start with the pants…the SKETCH DOT BRIGITTE STRAIGHT CROP.
The top is the POPLIN ORGANZA COLLARED SHIRT.

I have my eye on this new skinny jeans in the lighter wash.
It is the SKINNY ANKLE JEANS in the Evelyn Indigo wash…it also comes in a dark wash as well.

Here is the dark wash.
I love skinny jeans and so happy to see new options here.

Also in the Chico’s standout is this new jean.
It is the TRAPUNTO WIDE-LEG HIGH-RISE JEAN in a wash called cedar rinse.
This is another new arrival that is selling quickly.
CHICO’S STANDOUTS IN NEW ARRIVALS: ICING ON THE CAKE

CHICO’S STANDOUTS IN NEW ARRIVALS: IN JEWELRY
Here are a couple of Chico’s Standouts for your Valentine’s Day wish list.
This new necklace looks like a real beauty that would elevate any outfit.
It is the CHICO’S ORIGINALS CHUNKY GOLD MULTI-STRAND NECKLACE.

Another standout…this bracelet is style forward and the mixed metals help it go with anything. I love this creative piece.
It is the MIXED METAL CRINKLE CUFF.
There are many lovely selections in the CHICO’S NEW ARRIVALS…and many are on sale.
Let me know if you have any questions about my Chico’s Standouts! I hope to see you tomorrow…until then…

I love that laser cut crinkle blouse, because I could use a feminine blouse in my wardrobe, but dislike the fussiness of ruffles, big collars, ballooning sleeves and such. Great that the blouse is at once dressy and feminine, but also contained. I do wonder if the ecru is deep enough in color. I was told that ivory is in the spring palette, and that my best light neutral is oyster, which, I suspect, is going to be difficult to find. Interestingly, in my style appointment, I was -not- told to tuck my shirts, as I had feared. Instead, I was told my best jacket or top length was 2 inches above the widest part of my body, which in my case was my mid/low hip area; thus, my best look is high hip to low waist, and that I look best in a shirt with a rounded, vs squared off hem (I know you’ve talked about hems before). So as I go through the new arrivals, it’s a much faster process, between the colors and proportions. This is the first time I’ve done both with one of your posts, and it’s eye opening how many clothes you can see are lovely, but not for you. Looking forward to losing the rest of my weight, shopping again, and having a curated closet!
Thanks for sharing what you have learned, Linda. I love the texture of that first blouse. I may even call a store (since there is not one here) and ask about the ivory color. I think you will be surprised on the oyster and you will see more of it than you planned to…let me know later in the year. Sometimes when I look at the color of the year, Pantones Cloud Dancer, I see a white and sometimes I see a light gray. Since it is the color of the year more colors like it will be introduced and oyster may be around more than you think. I am with you looking for certain colors and also working on my weight loss…and now my eyes! The end of February should be exciting for me. I hope to see more tops with a little texture like a couple of these are…I have my eye on the denim one. Happy Wednesday!
You’ve selected some really nice pieces especially for cool palette women. That first blouse is gorgeous in Ecru. I’d love the poplin/organza shirt if it came in a color I could wear. That style really speaks to me and the length is one that’s good for me. Most Chico’s blouses are just too long for me unless I plan to wear them open like a jacket. The cedar wash traputo jeans look interesting. I bought a couple pair of the trapunto shorts last summer and I love the way they fit. I have yet to find a wide leg jean I feel good in. I wore wide leg styles back in the 70s. But I was thinner then, I tucked and wore platform shoes. That’s probably the silhouette I still have in the back of my mind. LOL.
I laughed because I often have in my head the silhouette I want to be rather than what it really is!! If I was a cool palette lady, several of these styles would be in my cart now. I love the fact they are giving us some tops with textures.
Thanks Kathie.
Good Morning, Pam. I wrote you a quick thank you yesterday after your kind note, but it was rather late and I thought you might miss it. I just really appreciate you sharing your own story, and your encouragement for me.
Thank you. 🤗
I did respond to you, Connie. Thank you for your response…we are here for each other, girl!
Big thumbs up to Chico’s no iron shirts or tunics. They truly are no iron, wear well, and are a perfect fit (for me, anyway). I have several, all sleeve lengths. Last season they even made a short sleeve but it was too boxy so I returned it. Maybe this year they will try again, as none of the regular shirts are boxy in any way! The pink monochrome outfit is pretty but a bit too sweet for me. I might wear the pink top with grey pants and blazer though, or navy for spring looks.
I agree with you Susan on the No Iron Tops…they are excellent. The pink pieces as well as the majority of the pieces here comes in other colors. Thanks!
I love the sweet blossom color. It gives a wonderful touch of spring to those of us who are enjoying the bitter cold & the snowy landscape. The blazer & blouse make me think of Easter.
It would be beautiful for Easter or any spring event. Thanks Becky!
I love the pink outfit, all of it but have zero place to wear it. I would wear it as mother of the groom but not dog walking or grocery shopping. It is nice to see cool colors. I can’t wait to see Cloud Dancer colors as that is in my cool light palette.
Is there a way to enlarge the print for your blog? It is suddenly very small type and difficult for me to read.
It hasn’t changed on my end, Sydney. Still the same as always.
